These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Interior Amore, available at interioramore.com and via our mobile application (together, the “Service”), operated by Interior Amore (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By creating an account, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.
Interior Amore is an independent, unofficial visualization tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Farrow & Ball, Lick, Sherwin-Williams, Dulux, Crown Paints, Glidden, PPG, Benjamin Moore, or any other paint manufacturer or brand referenced on the Service. Paint brand names, colour names, and colour reference codes are used solely to help you identify and compare real paint products, and remain the trademarks and property of their respective owners.
Every render on Interior Amore is generated by AI and is a best-effort visual approximation created in good faith. It is a decision-support tool to help you narrow down options — it is not a guarantee of how a colour will actually look once applied to your walls.

Because of these variables, we cannot and do not guarantee that any render, colour suggestion, or written report (including the Colour Match Report) will precisely match the colour you see once paint is applied in real life. Always buy a physical sample pot or tester swatch and test it on your actual wall, in your actual lighting, before purchasing paint in full or committing to any decorating work.
The Service, including any AI-generated report, colour match, or recommendation, is provided for general guidance and inspiration only. It does not constitute professional interior design, colour consultancy, surveying, or trade painting/decorating advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice or in-person colour matching by a qualified professional or paint retailer.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Accounts are managed via Auth0; you agree to provide accurate information when signing up.
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant us a licence to process it (including via third-party AI providers) to generate your visualization and to store the result in your account history. You confirm that you have the right to upload the photo — for example, because it is your own home, or you have permission from the owner/occupier — and that doing so does not infringe anyone else's rights.
You may not use the Service to upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the right to use, or to attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or defraud the Service (including credit or payment systems).
We aim to keep the Service available and renders generating promptly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a specific turnaround time. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interior Amore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including the cost of paint, materials, or labour purchased or undertaken in reliance on a render, colour suggestion, or report generated by the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may stop using the Service or request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
